We at Cool Cucumber value your satisfaction and want to ensure you have a smooth shopping experience with us. That's why we offer a funky 3-day hassle-free return policy from the date of delivery, and an additional 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.
Rev-Up the Returns
To make things even cooler, we offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 200 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. But hey, if an order contains multiple items, don't worry, only a single deduction of Rs 200 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item. Groovy, right?
As we are new in the market, we currently can’t simply put the money back into your account but hey! we care about you. No matter how many items you return, we’ll issue a store credit in your Cool Cucumber account, which will be equivalent of your order value excluding the shipping costs.

COD Catch - Store Credit on the Move!
For all return orders, we'll provide you with a funky store credit within 7 working days from the day the product reaches us. You can use the funky store credit within 3 months for a future groove. It's all about keeping the coolness flowing!
Keep it Cool - Return in Style!
To keep the groove going, please return your product(s) in the same condition as they were shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, we won't be able to provide a refund in the form of store credit. Also, when you receive one of our cucumberlicious items, make sure you keep the label intact. If the label and the product are separated, we’ll treat it as used and we won’t be able to issue any return credits.

If you've received an SMS or EMAIL of order delivered status and haven't received it, please reach out to us within 24 hours. We're here to keep the rhythm going!

If you feel the product doesn't meet the cool standards at the time of delivery, reach out to us with details within 1 day of receiving it. We'll be quick on our feet to help you out!
Upon return of the product, we'll fully examine it and notify you of your right to a store credit refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day we confirm your eligibility for a refund.
